In order to satisfy councils requirements, you must provide them with the following items.
- Floor plans
- Shadow plans
- Site calculations
- Shadow elevations
- Storm water concept Plans
- Landscape concept plans
- Erosion sediment control plans
- 3 D Images if required
- Statement of environmental effects
- Geo tech reports*^
- Flood reports*^
- Bush fire report*^
- Arborist Report*^
The above items need to be collated and submitted with other forms that are contained in the councils check list.
